How to Use

Begin with the lightest weight and follow the manufacturer's instructions for insertion, exercise duration and removal. Gradually progress to heavier weights only when you can comfortably control the lighter option without straining. Keep the pelvic floor relaxed between contractions, and stop if you experience pain or discomfort.

Weighted Kegel exercisers are not suitable for everyone. If you experience pelvic pain, a feeling of heaviness, or difficulty relaxing your pelvic floor, consult a pelvic health physiotherapist or healthcare professional before use.

Cleaning & Care

Clean the silicone sleeves and removable components according to the manufacturer's care instructions before and after each use. Use warm water and mild, unscented soap or a compatible toy cleaner where appropriate. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before storing. Keep the set in a clean, dry place.

Important: This product is intended for adult use. Always use the retrieval cords as directed, and never leave a weighted exerciser inserted for longer than the manufacturer's recommended duration.
