Australian Deliveries

Your order will be discreetly and securely packaged in plain satchels/boxes, and will not include references relating to the product purchased or site name purchased from. For discretionary reasons, the sender’s name will not be displayed on your parcel.
We deliver to Australia and New Zealand only.
Yes we do for most products unless oversized. If we are unable to send your products due to being oversized we will contact you and ask for a physical delivery address.
All payments made online will show *SP HEALTHCO on your bank statement, your privacy will always be our first priority.
We endeavor to process your order within 24 business hours. Please allow up to 2-3 days handling time. Public holidays, the school holiday period, or unforeseen circumstances may further delay deliveries.

Yes of course. You will be sent tracking details for your order once it's shipped.
Your order may be left unattended at the delivery address, however, if the area is deemed safe to do so. If unsafe to be left, the courier, may choose to leave a 'missed delivery' card so that you can collect your parcel from the nearest post office.
Returns
If you choose to cancel your order after payment, you may do so only if it hasn’t been dispatched yet.
Please reach out to us right away with your order number and name in which the order was placed. Note that a cancellation fee of 30% will apply to the product(s) purchased for each cancelled order. If you have any doubts about your purchase, please contact our customer care team before completing the transaction, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Please choose carefully when making a purchase, due to the intimate nature of our products we do not accept refunds or make exchanges on sex toys and adult products for change of mind or incorrect purchases.
We understand mistakes happen or you're just plain busy; in the instance that an incorrect address is given at the check-out or you don't pick up your parcel from the Post Office/Carrier and your parcel is returned to our warehouse a $15 returns fee will apply. This fee is charged to us by the courier to have your parcel shipped back. Freight charges will apply to have your items reshipped back to you.
If you decide you do not want your items anymore we do offer a store credit - total store credit issued is less postage paid, restocking/administion fees of 30% & $15 return freight costs incurred to have your items returned to us by the courier.
When an order is canceled, it incurs costs for our business and requires time for our team to handle. We understand that decisions can sometimes be made in haste, but we kindly request that you only place orders when you're certain about your purchase. Products
Contact customer service via email within 14 days from the tracked date of delivery. Provide as much information as you can in regards to the issue; include your full name, order number and product name. Also attached photos or video clip as proof. You may be asked for additional information.
We will make a determination from the information you provide as to whether your product should be returned for replacement.
Yes, most product should come with instructions for their use; however if you find no instructions were included please contact us.
Some manufacturers include batteries with their product, however some do not. Individual product descriptions will indicate if batteries are included. If you do require batteries they can be purchased from our store here.
For health reasons, we are unable to offer an online credit or refund or return on all lingerie items including body stockings, hosiery, thongs, g-strings, and briefs. We are also unable to offer an online credit or refund on intimate apparel and/or costumes simply because you "changed your mind" or choose an incorrect sizing. Prior to purchase ensure you are choosing the correct size for you. Please understand we have this policy in place to protect you, our customer and your health and well-being.
