Australia Express Shipping on orders will arrive approximately 1-3 working days (Monday-Friday) depending on location.

• Australia Express Post is FREE on orders of $100 & over. 
• Australia Express Post for orders under $100 - $14.99 

New Zealand

• Australia Express Shipping on orders will arrive approximately between 2-5 working days (Monday-Friday) depending on your location. 
• Australia Express Post is FREE on orders of $150 & over. 
• Australia Express Post for orders under $150 - $15.99.

Any orders we receive from any other countries other than Australia and New Zealand will be automatically cancelled and refunded.

 If the goods are returned to us, the customer will be charged additional delivery fees to resend the parcel.

Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Health & Safety – Important Notice

Due to health and safety reasons, we cannot restock or resell returned items.

• Intimate products (sex toys and adult items) cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.
• Returns are only accepted for faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items.

2. Returns of Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, we will gladly assist you:

• Contact our Customer Service team via email within 14 days of delivery with: Order number, Photos or videos of the issue.
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the error is on our part.
• If the same item is unavailable, we will issue store credit to use on the Sex Toys Erotica website.
• Postage fees already paid will not be refunded.

Before Returning an Item

Most issues are battery-related, not product faults. Please check the following before requesting a return:

• Batteries are inserted correctly
• Batteries are fully charged (use fresh, heavy-duty batteries if possible)
• Rechargeable batteries are fully charged
• Plastic battery casing has not been removed
• Battery compartment is securely closed
• Hold the controls for 3–5 seconds to turn the toy on

If the item still does not work after these checks, please contact us for further assistance.

Note: If a returned item is found to be in working order, a postage fee will apply for its return to you.

3. Change of Mind / Incorrect Purchases

• Please choose carefully before purchasing due to the intimate nature of adult products.
• We cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect purchases.

4. Order Cancellation Before Shipping

• Orders can only be cancelled if requested before processing and dispatch.
• Contact us immediately with your order number and name.
• A 15% cancellation fee applies to products and shipping costs.
• If eligible, a store credit will be issued after applicable fees are deducted.

5. Returns Due to Incorrect Delivery or Non-Pickup

• If an incorrect address is provided or a parcel is not picked up, a $15 returns fee applies.
• Reshipment fees will also apply.
• If you decide not to keep the items, we offer store credit minus:Original postage paid15% restocking/administration fee$15 return freight cost

6. Product Warranties

• Some products come with manufacturer warranties (often 1 year or more).
• A copy of your purchase receipt is required for warranty claims.
