Charging Travel Lock On/Off:

To Lock - Press and hold the middle (Warming) and top (Head Vibration) buttons at the same time for 3 seconds. The motor will buzz ONCE and the LED will blink ONCE at the same time. The massager is now locked.
To Unlock - Press and hold the middle (Warming) and top (Head Vibration) buttons at the same time for 3 seconds. The motor will buzz TWICE and the LED will blink TWICE at the same time. The massager is now unlocked.

Press and hold the top button (Closest to the ears) for 3 seconds to turn on the left ear motor. The outer edge of the button will light up, and the motor will begin vibrating in the lowest setting. Warming:
Press and hold the middle button for 3 seconds to activate warming mode. The entire button will light up and stay solid while warming mode is active. The massager should warm to just above body temperature in about 5 minutes. Press and hold the button for 3 seconds to turn off.
Right Ear Vibration
Press and hold the bottom button (Closest to the base) for 3 seconds to turn on the right ear motor. The outer edge of the button will light up, and the motor will begin vibrating in the lowest setting.
