Insertion Instructions:

Wash hands thoroughly before insertion or removal of HOT INTIMATE CARE Soft Tampons

Remove the hygienically sealed Soft Tampon from its packaging.

For easier insertion, apply a small amount of lubricant onto the Soft Tampon, or moisten it with clean water.

The Soft Tampon can be easily inserted in a squatting position or when sitting on the toilet.

Place the middle finger of one hand onto the middle of the Soft Tampon. Part the labia with the other hand and push the Soft Tampon into the vagina until it is in firm contact with the cervix.

The HOT INTIMATE CARE Soft Tampon can be worn for up to 8 hours. Recommended time of use ist 4 to 6 hours, depending on the flow of your period. - Remove the Soft Tampon by pulling it out using your finger and thumb. If you have difficulty, we recommend that you remove the Soft Tampon in a squatting position for easier removal.
