How to Use

Select the cup size that provides a comfortable fit and position it over the vulva area. Use a small amount of water-based lubricant around the edge of the cup to help create a seal. Squeeze the hand pump gradually to create suction, adjusting the pressure to your preferred level.

To reduce or release the suction, use the release valve on the pump. Never use more pressure than feels comfortable and stop immediately if you experience pain, numbness or significant discomfort.

Cleaning and Care

Clean the cups and other reusable components before and after each use with warm water and mild soap or a suitable toy cleaner.
